Paul received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Cape Breton University. Upon graduation, Paul joined the Canadian Army as a Logistics Officer.
Paul retired from the Canadian Army as a Senior Officer after 22 years of service. During that time, he specialized in Logistics Planning, having planned the Logistics support for numerous domestic and international operations, including Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan and the Vancouver Winter Olympics.
After retirement from the Canadian Army, Paul then proceeded to work in the field of Public Procurement, holding senior Procurement positions within the Alberta Public Service.
Paul is currently a partner with AHM and Associates and is the lead for the Supply Chain Management discipline and Business Development within AHM.
With over 30 years of leadership, supply chain and consulting experience, Paul’s is perfectly suited to deliver desired results for clients.

Tony received his Masters of Systems Engineering (Logistics) from Portland State University and is a current Project Management Professional (PMP #1714057).
Tony is the lead for the Project Management discipline within AHM. He is an accomplished and motivated professional who is adaptable, reliable and capable of delivering a diverse range of high-level projects.
With over 25 years of experience with major public and private sector organizations focused primarily at the senior management level, Tony’s leadership, management, and financial experience enable him to develop and guide strong teams to achieve desired results.

David Ansah holds a degree in Commerce and Entrepreneurship Management from Royal Roads University and has furthered his education with a specialized focus in Business Law of Contracts from Mount Royal University.
At AHM, David leads the business entrepreneurship strategy and procurement and contracts structural discipline. As an accomplished and innovative professional, he excels in delivering high level process analysis and marketing strategies that propel business growth and success. With a strong skill in business innovations management, Dave brings a wealth of experience, steering AHM toward a new and innovative height of performance for its clients.
David’s business journey is distinguished by his ownership of two prior successful ventures, earning him a reputation for driving business forward with remarkable results. At AHM, his entrepreneurship management prowess is influential in shaping the company’s improvement, and the development of procurement and contract methods, ensuring that all customers’ deliverables meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Shane received his Masters of Business Administration from Royal Military College of Canada
Shane is the lead for the Performance Measurement discipline within AHM and provides advice in Supply Chain Management, Course Development and Delivery as well as Leadership. He is a dynamic, seasoned, MBA-educated professional with 35+ years of continuous advancement and expertise in leadership, supply chain management, financial management, project management and strategic planning.
Shane is a skilled leader and proactive problem solver with a track record of initiative, personal responsibility and integrity and a reputation for driving business forward and attaining new levels of performance. A strong leader and analytical thinker who effectively motivates others in the completion of directed top-level strategic corporate initiatives and encourages shop level solutions to challenges. An outstanding interpersonal communicator and strong presenter having delivered numerous effective presentations up to and including the Prime Minister level.
